FINS – Payroll
FINS-Payroll is an excellent payroll module which is integrated with the FINS-HRMS and Finance module. This module takes care of the salary processing after considering the regular earnings, over time and deductions. Salary can be processed at any number of times, to arrive at the final payout to that employee. The posting to accounts will be done only after the final posting and thereafter the salary cannot be changed. There are many processes available in the module for various salary related operations such as monthly salary process, leave salary process, final settlement, employee transfer, Provision for travel etc.
